We are so excited to invite you to our annual Holiday Party to celebrate the season and say a massive "thank you" for your incredible support throughout 2025.

This year, we are heading to a true hidden gem. Join us as we explore a fascinating, lesser-known modernist enclave in Point Richmond. We will be gathering inside the 403 Golden Gate Avenue Residence (1980), stylistically attributed to architect John Nance.

Host and Board VP Chad DeWitt will take us on a journey through Point Richmond’s surprising modernist history. We’ll also share a few highlights from this past year and give you a sneak peek at the exciting plans we have brewing for 2026.

Come for the architecture, stay for the cheer! We’ll have light snacks, drinks, and great conversation waiting for you.
